| Administration Costs
Only when any delivery is completed and you have received the payment from Buyers or from Eximtrack you have to calculate 1% of total amount ( EXW or FOB price ) of the purchased goods.
How to calculate administration costs
The Administration Costs will be a percentage of the total invoice value, not including forwarding fees, transportation costs or other incidental expenses minus your Liability security deposit.
The Administration Costs are being paid annually after one year since the date of membership in Eximtrack Import Export Program.
