First of all Eximtrack makes its own primary market research for each product. Free of charges. If the demand for the products of your category is confirmed, your application may be approved.

The program's opportunities are available for qualified suppliers. ( do not apply to unqualified supplier ) Our absolute priorities are sufficient standards of quality and reliability of deliveries.

Orders Processing
The payment for ordered goods according to the Payment Terms of Supplier.
Pre-export financing can be structured in different ways: >>
Supplier provides or delivers a product ordered and paid by Buyers or by Eximtrack on behalf of Buyers. When goods are being exported by orders of Eximtrack, the stickers or printed labels " Exported by order of Eximtrack Market Network " should be attached. The samples are provided by Eximtrack. Delivery contract should be signed for each ordered shipment according to delivery terms of Supplier. Specifications, prices and quantities are subject to negotiations for each shipment.
Normally Eximtrack and its associated forwarders are capable to collect goods of supplier and transport them to market of destinations by using its own transport facilities.
In case if you prefer to deliver your products by your own forwarder , your foreign freight forwarder should be able to do the following on your behalf: >>
The quality control is according to the control system of the Supplier. Otherwise independent third party expertise may be required. Additional requirements could be the subjects of additional negotiations.

Responsibilities
Eximtrack cannot be held responsible for any errors of Supplier or products, offered by Supplier. Supplier is solely responsible for the quality of its products, accuracy, functionality or operation of its service.
Indemnification
Duration
The Membership in Eximtrack Import Export Program is valid for one year .
Termination
Supplier may terminate its Membership at any time by giving a notice to Eximtrack. When any goods are prepaid by Buyers or by Eximtrack on behalf of Buyers before the termination of Membership, the Supplier should fulfill its obligation to deliver the products or refund the received payment according to delivery contract.
Extension
Supplier has the right to apply for an extension of its Membership in order to receive more export opportunities from Eximtrack. Decision of Eximtrack will be based on cooperation with Supplier during previous period. The result will depend on capabilities of Supplier to supply according to requirements. Eximtrack reserves its rights to exclude the Supplier from the program in case of systematic delays of quotations upon requests or improper deliveries.
Administration Costs
Administration costs rate is 1 %. Generally will be based on the total sales amount and paid after one year of the membership period. How to calculate Administration costs >>
Liability Security Deposit
According to the Eximtrack Liability Insurance polis, ( Indian product legislation. The safety and environmental requirements imposed by Indian legislation.) Eximtrack may cooperate with its insured suppliers only.
- Liability Security deposit in Eximtrack Import - Export / Distribution Program is 365$ per one year.
- You may pay your Liability Deposit against our proforma invoice only if your application is approved.
No extra charges are involved
Application
Complete and submit an application form, stating your product's specifications. This information allows us to check the market, and we will inform you about the result. Typically, if no extraordinary circumstances apply, the whole process from on-line application to result confirmation can be concluded within 48 hours.
Supplier Verification
If required, your company profile and product information will be additionally verified by D&B or Asian CIS in order to certify your qualification. If your application is not approved at this time, we recommend to apply again not earlier then one month later. Within 48 hours if Eximtrack can recognize that your products are matched to our markets demand and your application is approved , you will be mailed a Confirmation. From that moment if you are ready to work with Eximtrack, you may pay the Liability Security deposit according to the terms and Eximtrack will start to cooperate with your organization.
